Amazing stay with some quirks

Had a nice time here! The staff was really friendly and our room had this awesome wall mural that made it feel special. The breakfast was decent and they let us take food back for our family. WiFi wasn’t great in rooms though, so just a heads up if you need it for work.

grand hotel europa & restaurant is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from central station. the room was clean and comfortable, and my daughter loved the spacious bathroom with a proper tub. the staff was super helpful, sending an engineer to assist with the air conditioning when I couldn’t figure it out. plus, there are friendly cafes nearby for breakfast!

I loved how there were muffins and candies waiting in my room, which really made me feel welcomed. The place has a nice lounge area and a cozy reading nook for relaxation after a long day. Just keep in mind that the surrounding area feels a bit rundown, but it didn’t really affect my stay. 😊

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk from the Napoli Centrale station! After a long day exploring the city, we appreciated the clean and spacious quadruple room that comfortably fit us all, including our little baby. The breakfast options around the hotel were fantastic.

The layout can be a bit of a maze. even after getting instructions, finding rooms among the warren of corridors can feel more like an escape room challenge than a straightforward hotel stay. Additionally, the use of old-style physical keys instead of electronic ones can feel cumbersome, especially with all the keys bundled on one hefty ring. Breakfast, while decent, lacks variety in hot items, and navigating the bar service can be confusing as you often need to place an order at the front desk before receiving drinks. Overall, there are quirks that detract from the otherwise pleasant experience.
